Install & Fix Solutions provide After Sales services and warranty repair solutions for a variety of importers, wholesalers and manufacturers of electronic products, air conditioners and domestic appliances. Operating across Australia & New Zealand we do this via an extensive network of experienced contractors positioned locally wherever our jobs need to be undertaken. Our clients are some of ANZ’s largest brands. The problem we solve is providing them with a cost-effective solution for the repair and maintenance of their products at locations convenient to their customers, including in their own homes. Through our systems, operations teams and contractors, we provide them with an exceptional customer experience without them needing to invest in the staff or infrastructure needed to provide an in-demand, in-home solution nationally. Located in our Brendale Office, this role will report directly to the National Operations Manager. The Account Manager's role is to manage Install and Fix’s relationship's with a portfolio of clients whilst ensuring their warranty repair work is effectively and efficiently managed through a national network of contractors whilst at all times delivering great customer experiences. What you will do Develop and lead the team with day to day operations management Ensure that team members are appropriately trained, licensed and skilled to deliver client requirements. Implement process to ensure adherence to agreed rates with both clients and contractors Develop strong, enduring and mutually beneficial relationships with clients Understand and lead client expectations Work with internal stakeholders, with Finance, management and Human Resources to ensure that the team is is meeting the operating requirements Lead and participate in projects and actions to grow client revenue, the teams overall performance and lift customer and client satisfaction. About you Solid track record of success in a customer service or sales role Strong analytical mindset Excellent negotiation, influence and communication skills Highly organised, and proven experience at multi tasking High level of interpersonal and customer relations skills Effective management skills, including the ability to plan, organise and lead and control whilst providing direction and guidance Ability to manage disputes and performance discussions Medium to high level of skill in excel and other numerical reporting and analysis Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field 1+ experience managing a contractor workforce Experience in managing blue collar workforce, a distinct advantage What you will love Full time position Exposure to working with our offshore team Modern Office in Brendale Onsite parking available Employee staff discounts through our Employee Bee Rewards Program #J-18808-Ljbffr
