Tradezone has state‑of‑the‑art Distribution Centers across the Gold Coast, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Perth, and Brisbane… We are proudly a 100% Australian‑owned business. What We Offer Permanent, full‑time role (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) Weekly pay cycles. Overtime opportunities for occasional Saturday morning rosters (Paid as time in lieu at 1.5 times your normal rate). Company‑owned modern, spacious office and warehouses. About the Role We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Account Coordinator Team/Customer Service team, working Monday to Friday, 8 am until 4:30 pm with a half‑hour break for lunch plus the odd Saturday morning roster (Paid as time in lieu at 1.5 times your normal rate). This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a fun, fast‑paced environment where delivering outstanding customer experiences is what we do best. Reporting to your branch’s Customer Service Manager, you’ll provide support across phone calls, emails and over‑the‑counter enquiries.
