We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. Your Role As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you will provide professional support to the National Credit Manager and guidance to the business in managing Accounts Receivable queries and on-boarding of new customers. You will be organised, approachable, and capable of managing daily accounts receivable tasks. Your role involves ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while upholding the organisation’s values. As an integral part of the finance team, you will be responsible for: Processing new credit applications Reviewing credit limit requirements for existing customers Maintaining the Personal Property Security Registry (PPSR) Assisting the branches in managing their debtor ledgers Maintaining accurate account records What You’ll Need Previous experience in accounts receivable is essential Previous experience using Pronto is advantageous Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint Experience with Credit reporting agencies and understanding of a credit report An understanding of Credit Risk and assessing of Credit requirements is advantageous Excellent time management and ability to prioritise daily workload Exceptional communication and customer service approach System-orientated, and able to follow company policies and procedures What You’ll Receive in Return Competitive salary with additional incentives Growth and development opportunities Access to Employee Assistance Programs If this role aligns with your skills and experience, we encourage you to apply via the Seek website.
