We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Consumer/OTC Sales team and build strong business relationships with bannered accounts and independent pharmacies throughout Sydney’s north‑western suburbs, including a regional trip to the Central West. This is a 12‑month parental leave contract position. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will join a successful, high‑performing and collaborative team that supports one another, resolves challenges and celebrates wins. You will be required to meet sales budgets and quarterly cycle objectives for your territory through a combination of territory planning and superb relationship management. Responsibilities Driving sales and distribution of a comprehensive portfolio of Consumer/OTC brands, in line with quarterly and annual targets Meeting quarterly and annual sales and distribution targets through assigned Pharmacies Managing in‑store training and merchandising activities Conducting weekly territory planning Analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities Collaborating closely with HCP Territory Managers to strengthen recommendations and drive sales performance Maintaining the CRM system About You To succeed in this environment you must be self‑motivated, adaptable, highly organised and able to work in a collaborative team environment. In addition: Demonstrated experience in sales/account management within a similar environment – pharmaceutical, pharmacy, consumer or animal health Solid analytical and decision‑making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and create rapport with a variety of people Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy, science or business discipline will be highly regarded Aspen Australia is a division of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited.
