We’re expanding our team and looking for a confident, motivated Sales Representative to join our growing business in Victoria. About the Role As a Sales Representative at Empire Windows, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, architects, and trade clients. You’ll play a key role in advising customers on product selection, providing quotes, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from enquiry through to installation. This role suits someone with a passion for design, construction, and customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, and retail customers. Generate and follow up on sales leads and quotations. Conduct site visits to assess requirements and provide tailored product advice. Work closely with the estimating, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Represent the Empire Windows brand with professionalism and integrity. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in sales within the building, glazing, or window and door industry (preferred). Confident in reading and interpreting architectural plans. Excellent at building relationships and managing multiple clients. Motivated by results and takes pride in delivering high‑quality service. Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Holds a current driver’s licence and is willing to travel locally as required.
