What You’ll Own 1) Lead & Support the Team (People + Culture) Lead and coach a hybrid team of 12+ Own onboarding/offboarding Build communication rhythms, feedback loops and performance culture Run scorecards, KPI reviews, capability uplift sessions Strengthen culture as we scale (fast, but with heart) 2) Operational Leadership (Day‑to‑Day Rhythm) Keep operations smooth, predictable and aligned Translate strategy into quarterly/monthly/weekly execution Own internal communication and team‑wide alignment Plan 12 months ahead across projects, launches, and client cycles Maintain high standards in service delivery and team execution 3) Strategic Execution & CEO Support Turn ideas and strategy into executable plans Build systems that scale as revenue doubles Manage contractors, tools and operational workflows Keep the company running clean, efficient and laser‑focused 4) Project Management (Delivery with Accountability) Build rollout plans Keep stakeholders accountable Ensure projects land on time and to standard Prevent dropped balls, bottlenecks and overwhelm 5) Systems & Process Improvement Improve internal workflows and cost‑efficiency Build and refine SOPs across the business Maintain digital assets, dashboards, automations and platform hygiene 6) Client Experience Oversight Ensure clients receive exceptional service, consistently Own onboarding/offboarding frameworks Support retention, success metrics and delivery quality Ensure hygiene metrics and service standards are being met Maintain operational, sales and delivery dashboards Update commission trackers Ensure leadership has clean visibility and predictable operating data 8) Sales Support (As Needed) Support CRM and reporting Liaise with the global Sales Leads Step in operationally during absences What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months) Team clarity increases: KPIs, roles, rhythms, standards Projects land on time with strong ownership Operations become calmer, cleaner, more predictable Culture tightens: accountability rises, communication improves CEO is freed from operational bottlenecks You become the operational backbone the company relies on What We’re Looking For (Must‑Haves) 5+ years leading people and projects in a multi‑7 figure business Experience managing hybrid onshore/offshore teams Strong leadership presence — you’re calm, clear, capable High operational discipline Confident with modern tools and automations Fast, solutions‑focused thinker with high ownership Must be based in Sydney , available Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:30pm AEST Why You’ll Love Working Here You’ll be at the intersection of sales, AI and operations You’ll help build an 8‑figure company in real time You’ll work with seasoned founders who scale fast and lead well You’ll be part of a values‑driven, health‑conscious, family‑first culture You’ll have real influence, your work will shape how we grow You’ll join a team that genuinely cares about excellence, impact and each other Hybrid environment: flexibility + collaboration This is the perfect role if you want career‑defining growth and the chance to work inside one of Australia’s most exciting AI‑driven companies.
