We’re seeking an experienced Groups Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of group bookings, from first enquiry through to post‑stay feedback. This is a pivotal operational role that links sales, reservations, and on‑ground delivery to ensure every group visit runs seamlessly. About the Role Reporting to the Reservations Manager , the Groups Coordinator is responsible for: Managing all group enquiries, quotes, contracts, bookings, and documentations. Coordinating with Housekeeping, Reception, and Food & Beverage teams to prepare the park for upcoming groups. Issuing operational briefs and reports to maintain communication and control across departments. Contributing to the monthly sales and occupancy reporting cycle. Providing reservations support up to two hours per shift especially on peak periods. This dual‑function position is central to the guest experience and the smooth running of our Groups operation. About You You’re an organised, proactive operator who stays well ahead of the curve.You don’t wait for things to come to you — you anticipate, plan, and prepare so that by the time a group arrives, every moving part is already in sync. You’ll bring: At least 2 years of experience in group bookings, events, or reservations within a resort, hotel, or holiday park environment. Exceptional time management — able to juggle multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and calm under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working across departments. Working knowledge of RMS (or similar PMS) and intermediate Excel/Word skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and professional standards that reflect BIG4 Gold Coast’s leadership position in the industry.
