ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced and reliable Accounts Payable Administrator to provide efficient day-to-day support for our Townsville depot. We are looking for someone with a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly, and demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand. This includes having excellent problem solving and time management skills. JJ’s is an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers. This position is a permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Processing of driver run sheets/data entry accurately and efficiently within required timeframes Managing the booking/scheduling of services for customers Detail orientated, able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at once Customer service focus; answering telephones and email enquiries promptly and professionally Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up, escalations and preparing outgoing correspondence as required Working closely with Operations, Sales, Administration and Management to ensure the flow of information Other duties as requested ABOUT YOU Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role is highly regarded Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders Possess a high attention to detail with the ability to manage and perform multiple tasks Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player Proficient in office software and administrative systems, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard BENEFITS Work/life balance | Essential services industry – job stability Full-time, permanent role | Onsite parking Local depot / workshop - Townsville Career development and growth opportunities Introductory and ongoing training Corporate Health and Fitness Program - Fitness Passport Salary sacrificing and novated leasing Banking partnerships – including financial, budgeting and mortgage advice Discounts at over 100 retailers (including groceries and fuel) Car servicing, parts and accessories discounts – plus new car discounts The stability of a national, Australian family owned and operated business with over 90 years’ experience NEXT STEPS Interested applicants should APPLY NOW.
