Responsibilities Monitoring Partners adherence to the Delegated Programs Framework Completion of assurance activity & associated regulatory requirements Assistance with onboarding tasks for new partnerships and lifecycle oversight Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the management & operation of Partnerships Qualifications Experience in managing delegated authorities is preferred Broad knowledge & understanding of General Insurance Products Proven experience with stakeholder management & delivering tasks to deadlines – to meet core deliverables of influencing a range of internal clients and external partners, usually MGAs Understanding of insurance governance, compliance & regulatory requirements Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Excellent initiative, with the ability to be adaptable in an agile environment.
