Our Transaction Advisory Group in Australia comprise of former Big 4 professionals delivering top-tier Financial Due Diligence (FDD) for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients. We specialise in buy-side and sell-side engagements, focusing on quality of earnings, cash flow analysis, working capital reviews, and key business drivers. Key Responsibilities Leading FDD projects and leading your team to assess risks, deal breakers and business strengths. Aligning findings with client investment strategies and industry benchmarks. Analysing financial statements to generate insights and engage with target management. Preparing deal-focused reports and presentations, highlighting financial findings and their impact on valuation and agreements. Managing client relationships, meetings, and execution matters. Collaborating closely with Managing Directors to address engagement and transaction risks with creative solutions. Business Development and managing engagement logistics, including billing, scope changes, and engagement letters. Team Development and being involved in Recruitment for your team. What You Bring Significant experience in a FDD role, along with a background in a Big 4 environment. CPA or CA qualified. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) also preferred. Willingness to travel within Australia (where practical and possible). The ability and willingness to lead teams and develop members of your team. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the capability of helping to build our practice.
