Surgical Practice (Oral and Maxillofacial) Clinical Nurse Brisbane Face and Jaw Surgery – Brisbane QLD We are a busy and professional Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery clinic looking for a Personal Assistant / Administration Staff member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to patient care. About the Role You will play a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, supporting surgeons and patients alike. The position is full-time (Monday to Friday) and requires flexibility to work across both our Brisbane CBD and Everton Park locations weekly. The role may also require travel to Northlakes bi-monthly to support clinics. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Clinical support within the practice including: Procedural assisting Stocktaking Sterilising Ordering equipment (Dental Implant experience would be preferred) Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks and data entry into medical software Answering phones and supporting administrative staff Supporting surgeons and staff in daily practice operations Successful Candidate attributes and skills Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise Procedural assisting experience Initiative and independence, while working effectively in a team environment Professional phone manner, communication skills, and customer service focus Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to travel between practice locations Why Join Us?
