Job Description As an Account Executive, you will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end sales activities, lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tool. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience. Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively position OptimoRoute's solutions. Must-Have Qualifications 1‑2 years of experience in tech sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. Good to Have Experience working in the logistics space or related industries. Familiarity with route optimization and planning solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Ideal Candidate Profile Proactive and self‑motivated, with a passion for sales and technology. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
