Our team formulates partnerships across the global HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.What You Will Get To Do:Consult and partner with business units, employees, managers and the cross-functional global HR teams, providing HR guidance when appropriate.Understand and manage union environment and intervene into labor negotiating matters.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough and objective investigations.Prepare and maintain HR Dashboard with HR engagement, effectiveness, attrition, retention, ROI analysis and interpret dashboard outcomes for action items or internal advisory.Provide day-to-day performance management and policy guidance to line management, including, coaching, counseling, performance reviews, career development and disciplinary actions.Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training and compliance programs and may be involved in identifying training needs for business units.What You Will Bring:Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.6-8 years’ relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, including resolution of complex employee relations issues and union environment.Experience working within a global company / HR function.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulate and persuasive communicator.Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of an organization and with diverse client groups.Working knowledge of human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and federal and state employment laws.Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.Nice to have: HR certification, Workday, other equivalent HRCMS experience.Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
