Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Specialising in the long term operation, maintenance and management of critical public and private assets and infrastructure across a broad range of industry segments including defence and social infrastructure, infrastructure services, telecommunications and transport.
The RoleCollaborate closely with the business to facilitate the implementation of our business strategy leveraging our most valuable resource, Our People.Reporting directly to the People and Capability Manager and overseeing your own portfolio, this role embodies a comprehensive generalist approach. It encompasses various critical areas such as employee relations, performance management, change management, workforce planning, engagement, training and development, recruitment and selection, as well as career and talent management.This is a dynamic generalist role offering diverse responsibilities and opportunities for impactful contributions.This person will be able to work autonomously whilst remaining connected and collaborative to the wider team.
Frequent travel is an essential aspect of this role, involving visits to multiple sites within the company. Please note that the extent of travel will be determined by the business needs, and flexibility in travel arrangements is required accordingly.
