Duties include (but not limited to): Lead end‑to‑end implementations of accounting, ERP, CRM, and industry‑specific systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB Advanced, NetSuite, HubSpot, Cin7, Unleashed, KeyPay, Deputy, Employment Hero, RMS, Lightspeed). Design or integrate predictive and analytical dashboards using Power BI, Fathom, or Syft, drawing data from multiple systems to provide real‑time insights. Redesign and document key finance, payroll, and operations processes for automation and scalability. Deliver hands‑on client training and knowledge transfer sessions across systems. Work collaboratively with internal accounting, advisory, and digital teams to deliver consistent outcomes and shared learnings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or Technology. 2–5 years’ experience in digital implementation, accounting tech advisory, or ERP/CRM consulting, ideally within professional services, bookkeeping, accounting, or fintech. Proven experience in software implementation, systems integration, and digital transformation (including platforms such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Cin7). Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills, with a consulting mindset. Demonstrated expertise in data migration, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and building/supporting forecasting models and business intelligence dashboards. Why Join Us?
