Accounts Receivable Officer Location: St Leonards - Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 WFH) Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Super + Benefits Role Overview We're seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Receivable officer to join a mission-driven finance team. This is a hands-on role managing the end-to-end AR and billing function. Manage the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle, including billings, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. Process refunds and collect outstanding debt within agreed timelines. Provide exceptional customer service resolving queries. Process daily credit card reconciliations and manual charges as required. Process interest, refunds, credits, and ensure timely receipting and bank reconciliation. Generate and review month-end AR reports. Requirements This role would suit someone who is a quick thinker, confident on the phone, and can hit the ground running. 6-12 months+ years of experience in AR, billing, or credit control, or relevant accounting qualifications. Excellent communication skills. Basic Excel skills and confident across finance systems. Motivated to grow and contribute to broader finance transformation initiatives.
