If you’re steady under pressure, good with numbers, and even better with people, you’ll fit right in. You’ll support the Credit Manager and take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, keeping the debtor ledger healthy through timely collections, accurate reconciliations, and proactive follow‑up. The role blends customer service with classic AR discipline – chasing payments, resolving billing issues, querying discrepancies, and making sure accounts stay within trading terms. Your day-to-day will include: Managing allocated customer accounts, including statements and collections Investigating short payments and resolving queries with internal teams or clients Reconciling accounts, coding/posting receipts, and maintaining accurate records Monitoring overdue accounts and preparing reports as needed Processing credit applications and supporting month-end tasks What you’ll bring: Around 12 months’ experience in Accounts Receivable Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Confident communication skills and a knack for building rapport Solid admin and organisational skills Experience in tourism or hospitality is a bonus, but not essential This is a great opportunity to step into a well‑known national organisation and be part of a fast‑moving, supportive finance team.
