RAMBUTAN RESORT PTY LTD – Townsville City QLD Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Rambutan Resort Townsville, a boutique hotel is seeking a well versed Hotel Duty Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience in the same role, who is looking for a new challenge. Located in the heart of Townville City, Rambutan features a 45 room hotel with rooftop bar and dining and a street front cafe. Responsibilities include, overseeing daily operations of the front desk and providing support to other operational areas as required, food and beverage experience and housekeeping experience. Ensuring the delivery of a memorable customer experience both internal and external guests, assisting in the planning and overseeing all front of house and guest service processes from the arrival of the guests to their departure ensuring meeting and exceeding of the guests needs. We work around a 24 hour 7 day a week roster. Upskill and develop each team member’s product knowledge and service standards. Ensure each and every guest has a seamless and entertaining experience. Ensure the venue complies with all health and safety regulations and Liquor Licensing laws. Ensure all communication – verbal and written is professional and reliable. Collaborate across all business functions and drive delivery of operational outcomes. Work with the broader Management team to promote the venue as a premier functions and events destination.
