Showroom Sales & Customer Experience Consultant Soltex is one of Perth’s leading providers of premium outdoor shading and louvre systems. With enquiry volumes increasing and our showroom getting busier by the week, we’re looking for a bright, energetic sales-focused person to take ownership of incoming leads and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to conversion. What You’ll Be Doing Greeting customers in our Osborne Park showroom and guiding them through our product range Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, email, website and walk-ins Preparing pricing estimates and entering leads into our CRM Proactively following up quotes, open leads and previous enquiries to drive conversions Maintaining regular contact with potential clients — you’re the type who doesn’t let leads go cold Supporting the sales team with bookings, admin tasks and general showroom operations Ensuring every customer feels valued, heard and supported throughout their decision-making process Who We’re Looking For Confident, outgoing and naturally engaging — you enjoy talking to people Sales-driven with a follow-through mindset — you understand that consistent follow-up is where opportunities are won Persistent without being pushy — you know how to close respectfully and professionally Organised and detail-oriented , especially when managing leads and scheduling follow-ups Comfortable learning technical products (we’ll train you) Someone who thrives in a busy environment and likes being part of a supportive, high-performing team Why Join Soltex?
