This full-time role, based in our Melbourne office, reports to the National Client Services Manager and offers structured learning, mentoring and genuine career growth. What You Will Be Doing This role gives graduates exposure to real clients, real business operations and the building blocks of an insurance career: Triaging inbound phone calls and emails as the first point of contact. Delivering a standout client experience through helpful, professional communication. Supporting business operations through a range of administrative responsibilities. Collaborating with internal teams and building networks across the business. Participating in training, development and industry learning designed for early-career growth. What You Will Bring No insurance experience is required — we’ll train you. We’re looking for graduates who bring: A genuine interest in building a career in financial services or insurance. Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset. Confidence handling phone conversations and managing multiple tasks. A willingness to learn, absorb new information and grow professionally.
