Product Marketing Manager

Exciting new opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager for home appliances for a global leading brand You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key portfolio, ensuring our products meet market demand, deliver superior customer value, and achieve strong commercial performance. This is a crucial, high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, translating market needs and business objectives into clear, detailed product requirements. Commercial Management: Own the product P&L, including developing robust business cases for new product investments and managing pricing and margin control to maximize profitability. Market & Data Insights: Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and customer analysis, leveraging data insights to inform product decisions, identify whitespace opportunities, and forecast sales. New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process from concept through to successful market launch, ensuring all cross-functional teams (Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Sales) are aligned. Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the product expert and internal evangelist, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to develop effective launch strategies and training materials. Skills & Experience Required 3+ years of proven Product Management experience in a consumer durables environment, ideally within home appliances, kitchenware, or consumer electronics. Demonstrated experience managing a full product lifecycle and a sizable product, portfolio (e.g., 50+ SKUs or $X Million revenue responsibility). Strong financial literacy with experience in margin management, pricing strategy, and developing strong business cases. Exceptional ability to use data analysis and market research to drive strategic product decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
