Senior Product Manager (Product & Design Lead) | AI-Enabled Preventive Health TMRW is building a personalised, preventative health system that helps people live better and live longer - a healthcare model that starts with deep insight and ends with clear, actionable change. We analyse thousands of signals in your blood to see how you’re ageing, how your systems are performing, and what your body needs next, then translate that into a living, evolving plan for each member. Instead of waiting for symptoms, our members use TMRW to make prevention a daily practice. We decode a broad panel of biomarkers, combine them with lifestyle data, and bring AI together with clinicians to surface patterns, early warnings and opportunities for a better tomorrow. Your biology is made brilliantly clear, then paired with a clinical team who knows your story and helps you string more good days together. About TMRW TMRW is building a personalised, preventative health system that helps people live better and live longer - a healthcare model that starts with deep insight and ends with clear, actionable change. The role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of the most ambitious AI-enabled preventive health products in the market. This is a hybrid Product & Design leadership role. While you will drive product strategy, roadmap definition, prioritisation and cross‑functional delivery, you will also lead the translation of that strategy into early concepts, interaction patterns and design direction. Designers will own design craft, motion and polish while you will guide problem framing, define functional requirements, and ensure design output aligns tightly with product outcomes and engineering feasibility. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data, design and brand. You will own a core member experience that brings our "inside story" to life while turning complex biology, epigenetics and longitudinal health data into a calm, intuitive, emotionally resonant product that people want to return to every day. You will also lead product definition across digital and physical touchpoints - clarifying what functionality we build, why it matters, how members will experience it, and how it integrates into clinical workflows, app surfaces, and operational processes. This includes shaping roadmap strategy, defining new feature opportunities, and owning the product performance narrative across the company. You will work end‑to‑end shaping the product vision, managing sprint planning with the dev team and prioritisation with the executive team, and working hands‑on in Figma to produce early concepts and flows before they move through design and engineering. You will lead and mentor a small team of product designers, partner closely with our Art Director and Chief Creative Officer to bring an iconic aesthetic to life, and obsess over the details of UX, motion and craft so the product feels as human and visceral as the brand. What you’ll do Own the product vision and roadmap for a core member experience, from discovery through to launch and iteration. Provide engineering‑ready clarity by working comfortably with component libraries and tools like Storybook , ensuring interaction patterns are documented in a way that accelerates build quality and reduces ambiguity between design and engineering. Lead roadmap strategy across digital and physical channels - from in‑app member experiences to clinical touchpoints, operational workflows and partner integrations. Translate strategy into sprints: run sprint planning, backlog prioritisation and trade‑off decisions in partnership with the executive team and cross‑functional leaders. Work hands‑on in Figma to sketch flows, wireframes and interaction patterns before they move into full design and build. Lead a small product design pod, mentoring more junior product designers and helping them sharpen their thinking, craft and storytelling. Partner with our Art Director and CCO to translate TMRW’s brand and aesthetic direction into product interfaces, motion and micro‑interactions. Use AI‑native tools as leverage from Figma plugins to prototyping, research and synthesis tools – to move faster and explore more options with higher fidelity. Collaborate deeply with data and clinical teams to translate complex biomarker, epigenetic and longitudinal data into simple, trustworthy, humane experiences. Define and track product success metrics (engagement, activation, adherence, retention, NPS and clinical proxies), and use them to drive prioritisation. Champion the member experience across the company, ensuring that what we ship reflects our promise: clear, grounded, human‑first preventive health. Who you are 5–8+ years of experience in digital product management, with clear ownership of shipped products at meaningful scale. A product generalist with strong taste: you care about interaction design, visual craft and typography as much as you care about funnels and metrics. Deeply curious about AI and data‑rich products ; comfortable working with data scientists, analysts and engineers to interrogate models and metrics. Experienced working in Figma and collaborating closely with product designers; you can critique layouts, flows and UX details with confidence. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and run clear, focused rituals (stand‑ups, planning, reviews) that move the work forward. Comfortable in an early‑stage, high‑ambiguity environment; you can operate from first principles, not just existing playbooks. Purpose‑driven and excited by a preventive, functional and longevity healthcare approach - motivated by helping people feel and live better, not just shipping features. A hybrid thinker that's comfortable switching between product strategy, user problem framing, feature definition, and early concept design – while respecting designers’ ownership of craft and polish. Experienced leading both product and design workflows , you can guide designers without doing their job for them, and you can push engineering clarity without being an engineer. Familiar with component libraries , interaction pattern documentation and tools like Storybook , enabling smooth collaboration with engineering and faster delivery. How to apply – Senior Product Manager We are not optimising for volume. We’d rather receive ten thoughtful applications than a hundred generic ones. If you’re genuinely excited by what we’re building, please send: Your CV and LinkedIn profile: Highlight 5–8+ years in digital product roles, with clear ownership of shipped products. Call out any experience in health, data products, or AI‑enabled tools. A portfolio with 2–3 concise case studies: Focus on end‑to‑end product work from insight and hypothesis through to launch and iteration. Be explicit about your role, the trade‑offs you made, and the outcomes you drove. A short note (max 300 words) Why TMRW, and why now? What type of preventive health product do you most want to build over the next five years? A small product + design task (max 60–90 minutes): Explore our public experience at startmytomorrow.com and TMRW’s LinkedIn presence. Then send us a short critique and proposal: What works: 3–5 bullet points on what you think we’re doing well from a product and UX perspective. What you’d change: 3–5 bullet points on the most important improvements you’d prioritise in the near term (product, UX, or narrative). One concrete product change: Share a simple mock‑up, wireframe, or annotated screenshot (Figma link, PDF, or images are all fine). Explain the problem it solves, whose problem it is, and how you’d measure whether it worked. Please send everything to ****@startmytomorrow.com with the subject line Senior PM - TMRW / (Your Name) You will be working directly with the founding team and a world‑class leadership group across clinical, AI, product, and brand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
