The Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our diagnostic products. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of clinical impact, regulatory compliance, and market success. You will be responsible for guiding products from concept through development, launch, and post‑market support. This includes shaping product strategy, developing materials and documentation, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. A background in research or development will be highly valued, as this role requires both strategic oversight and technical fluency. Key Responsibilities Drive the full product lifecycle for diagnostic solutions, from ideation to commercialization. Develop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and technical resources for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to inform product strategy. Partner with R&D, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. Support regulatory submissions and compliance activities with clear, accurate documentation. Monitor product performance post‑launch and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products deliver real‑world clinical and operational value. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Product Manager or Experience R&D in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management in regulated environments, in particular ISO13485. Excellent skills in documentation, technical writing, and communication. Ability to synthesize complex scientific and technical information into clear, actionable insights. Research or development experience in diagnostics or related fields is advantageous. Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across diverse teams. Why Join OrthoDx?
