About the role As the Senior Product Manager for this flagship platform, you will lead strategy, delivery, and product optimisation across web and mobile experiences. This role combines product vision, data‑led decision‑making, and hands‑on delivery in an agile environment. You’ll define the roadmap, collaborate with cross‑functional squads, and ensure each release delivers meaningful improvements for clinicians and patients. Key accountabilities include : Defining and owning the multi‑year product strategy and roadmap. Translating clinical and business needs into clear product outcomes. Driving measurable improvement in user experience, adoption, and satisfaction. Partnering with engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver a secure, scalable product. Embedding continuous improvement, performance measurement, and user feedback loops. About you You’re an experienced Product Manager who thrives in complex, data‑informed environments and is motivated by improving healthcare outcomes through digital products. You bring : Proven experience leading digital platforms through full lifecycle delivery. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with technical and executive teams. Excellent analytical capability and the ability to translate insight into strategy. Curiosity about user behaviour and a passion for human‑centred design.
