We’re looking for a driven Office Based Account Representative to help manage and grow our B2B customer base in the industrial sector. The opportunity As an Office Based Account Representative, your focus is simple; connect with customers, identify opportunities, and drive results. This is a phone and email-based role managing a set portfolio of accounts, with full responsibility for developing quotes, growing revenue, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your day will include Calling and emailing assigned accounts to uncover and develop sales opportunities Re‑engaging inactive accounts and driving growth in undercapitalised categories Updating CRM records, managing your pipeline, and following up quotes Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide technical and logistical support to customers Learning and promoting new technologies and solutions to market Tracking progress against monthly and quarterly sales targets The benefits At Madison Technologies, you’ll be part of a high‑performing, tight‑knit team that values collaboration, accountability, and camaraderie. You’re confident in your ability to understand and promote technical products, and you’re passionate about delivering customer value.
