Job Details Full Time position; commencing 16 February 2026 ending 1 February 2027 The King David School is seeking an exceptional and highly organised Admissions Manager to join our warm, dynamic school community. This is a fixed term contract, covering a period of maternity leave. This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about community engagement, student experience, and representing the School with professionalism and warmth. As the Admissions Manager , you will be the first point of connection for prospective families—cultivating meaningful relationships, guiding them through the enrolment process, and contributing to the growth and reputation of our School community. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end admissions process, from initial enquiries through to enrolment offers and onboarding. Deliver warm, informative tours and host enrolment events that showcase the philosophy and spirit of our School. Maintain accurate enrolment data and provide insights/reports to the Leadership Team. Build positive, lasting relationships with prospective families. Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organisation, time management and attention to detail. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. An understanding of school curriculum and teaching programs.
