This role presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team and make a meaningful difference every day. Based in VIC, you’ll work with the broader spine team to support and train medical and nursing staff, develop procedural and clinical product knowledge, and strive for optimal patient outcomes. You will build strong relationships with customers and drive revenue, in a culture that supports and rewards performance. Responsibilities Achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing surgeons Providing in-theatre support to Orthopaedic Spinal and Neurosurgeons for relevant procedures Building relationships with key surgeons and their nursing staff through training, education, and clinical case support Ensuring surgical cases are properly equipped with instrument kits, implants, and user guides per customer requirements Providing feedback to other business divisions on industry information to contribute to growth Working with the Regional Sales Manager to manage local loan kit operations ensuring kit deployment and investment decisions consider the whole region Coordinating regular performance discussions of direct reports including objective setting, quarterly reviews, and development planning To Be Successful You’ll Need Strong relationship skills; enjoys prospecting for new business and closing sales A strong work ethic and self-motivation Wants to be an integral part of a team that shares these values At least 5–7 years’ sales experience in the medical device industry and in a clinical environment; implants sales experience is preferred A tertiary education in a related medical field such as paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy), nursing, Bachelor of Science or similar Benefits Health insurance discounts Career opportunities across the EBOS MedTech portfolio of companies Generous parental leave Employee referral programs Option to purchase additional leave Volunteer leave Flexible work arrangements Performance-based financial rewards for both individual and company success If this sounds like something you want to be a part of, APPLY now for the opportunity to advance your career with a leading distributor, bringing world-leading medical technology to patients in Australia and New Zealand.
