Hybrid working environment (2 days per week in the office) to help shape our people strategies within a mission‑driven organisation. Pro‑Rata salary range of $111k base to $125k base (dependent on experience, skills and capabilities) plus 12% superannuation + smart salary packaging benefit. Options to receive up to $15,900 of your salary tax‑free meaning more take‑home pay. We are seeking a hands‑on and strategic HR Business Partner to join our mission‑driven team environment to help shape the future of The George Institute's thriving inclusive workplace. Our office is brand new, and purpose built; conveniently located right near the light rail stop—making your commute a breeze Key Responsibilities and Duties Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering end‑to‑end HR services and driving initiatives that foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture. Partner with leaders to support the full employee lifecycle, including matters involving strategic organisational change. Lead employee relations with empathy and expertise. Drive engagement and inclusion across diverse teams. Design and deliver innovative people programs. Coach current and emerging leaders. Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate globally to enhance the employee experience. Contribute to and lead projects to deliver on our people strategy. Skills, Knowledge and Experience / Our Successful Candidate Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources. Proven experience in HR partnering and employee relations. Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision‑making abilities. Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a passion for enhancing employee experience.
