Sales Manager Gold Coast QLD Join one of the largest automotive dealerships in Australia Attractive salary package including lucrative commission, company car Exciting brands, beautiful location and endless opportunities Our multi-franchise dealership located 8 minutes from the Gold Coast airport in the heart of Tweed is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated New / Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team. Responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing stock, reporting, and data analysis to ensure effective operations and growth. What the role entails : Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI Mentoring and coaching sales team Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
