We are proudly part of Japan Post Being a division in Toll Group Toll Government & Defence provides specialised logistics services across warehousing and distribution relocation services and outsourced sourcing and procurement services The Role We're looking for a skilled developer to build and maintain scalable ServiceNow Application solutions that support our business and customer needs. This is a hands-on role working across ITSM ITOM and CSM modules with opportunities to innovate and collaborate across teams. To be successful as a ServiceNow Application Specialist you will : Define solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations. Develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications. Design workflows service catalogs portals and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements. Maintain and enhance existing applications and performance. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field 5 years of ServiceNow development experience. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. Experience with scoped app development and integrations. Familiarity with platform security and compliance. Skills and Experience Essential Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with ITSM ITOM CSM and Sales & Order Management. Hands-on with Flow Designer Service Portal and IntegrationHub. Familiarity with update sets ACLs and security configuration. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communicator and collaborator across teams. Desirable Knowledge of HTML CSS AngularJS or experience with DevOps tools (Aft CI / CD) Familiarity with CMDB Discovery Asset. Experience developing scoped applications.
