We specialise in retail lease negotiations and support business owners, all over Australia, by working for them to save money on their Leases and obtain better Lease terms. We have a unique approach, which sees us achieve outstanding results for our clients Check out our 114 FIVE star Google reviews for some of their comments We have lots of fun but work really hard to provide the best service and results for our clients Our business is madly growing and so, we are now looking for a superstar BDM to join our fully female team, with a January 2026 start. Tasks and Responsibilities Identify suitable clients who meet our criteria, who would benefit from our support in their Lease negotiations. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners. Pursue conversations with potential clients to share information about our services. Outbound calls to generate new business, qualify leads, follow up prospects and convert opportunities, maintaining a high volume of timely, professional phone outreach and responses. Qualifying inbound new business leads, brought to us through Google or direct referrals. Scheduling of meetings with our Managing Director, for qualified potential clients. Develop and implement a plan to achieve targets and growth objectives. Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure effective delivery of our services and solutions. Maintaining client records online using our Zoho CRM. Managing daily follow up requirements. To be successful in this role When you are a rock star when it comes to communication and relationships and will thrive on success. You will be experienced in business development and will be a brilliant communicator, with a strong understanding of business. You will have proven success in outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective leads and be able to build rapport quickly over the phone. You will thrive on success, being an exceptional communicator and a master at engaging prospects. The right candidate will love the challenge of the chase, be proactive in reaching out daily to prospects and be able to compare your experience to the following criteria: Strong experience and a proven track record of success as a Business Development Manager. Demonstrated excellence on the phone - confident, persuasive and able to build rapport quickly to convert prospects. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities. Results driven with a passion for making a positive impact on business. Highly committed work ethic, self motivated to work both independently and as part of a close knit team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional time management and organisational ability, with strong attention to detail. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word. This role would be perfect for a Mum of school age (or older) children, who has a few years of B2B BDM experience, is looking for a fun, but professional, family values environment to work in, where they can grow and where they know they are making a difference to lives of business owners every day.
