Five by Five Global is part of the Lawton’s Communication Group, a small and fully independent global agency network. We specialise in branding, advertising, digital, gaming, social media, retail, brand activations, and experiential marketing, and work across various categories, including Tech, FMCG/Pharma, Beauty, Gaming, Charities/NFP, and finance. Role Description This newly created, hybrid role is located and will work across a number of our existing and new clients, including consumer tech, gaming, FMCG, beauty, and not-for-profit. This position will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of creative solutions across multiple channels, including social media, Out-of-Home (OOH), digital display, TV commercials (TVC), PR, and influencer outreach. This role requires proactive communication and problem‑solving skills to ensure client satisfaction and project success. This is a client‑facing role, so exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders are crucial. Experience Required Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creative innovation with client objectives and business goals. Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, integrated campaigns across multiple channels (social media, OOH, digital, TVC, PR, influencer marketing). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and exceeding client expectations. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing and developing teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Strong presentation skills and a great communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven financial management skills, including budget oversight and profitability management. Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms for campaign tracking and optimisation. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in account management, preferably within a creative or integrated marketing agency. Tertiary qualification/degree educated or equivalent level of work experience.
