Work close to home in Dandenong South A small supportive management team that will have your back and help you drive sales success Enjoy building relationships with major accounts (Bunnings being the largest) Use your skills and experience to strengthen new business Great hours - 7am - 3:30pm preferably Opportunity to travel and visit retail stores Take on more responsibility as the business grows What will the role involve? With a strong focus on account management, your goal is to increase the revenue from hardware retailers You will review performance metrics and produce reports to identify new opportunities and corrective actions Monthly KPI reporting and communication for AUS Your chance to take on responsibility - training on systems and other functions will be provided. Be part of the management team and make business recommendations based on strategy Actively seek and identify new opportunities for growth and market expansion What you'll need to succeed in this role… Previous experience as an account manager ideally handling retail hardware accounts such as Bunnings Tech Savy to adopt and take advantage of new technology, analyse data & create outstanding presentations YOU must: be confident in your skills and abilities; have solid administration, be able to step up and happy to roll up your sleeves An outgoing positive person looking to maximize all opportunities in a busy role Looking for a long-term role in a secure company where you will be appreciated and rewarded Must be a true people's person willing to work autonomously and with a team.
