About the Position This Sous Chef role offers $80,000–$90,000 and the opportunity to work in a well-supported, professionally run kitchen. You'll work closely with an experienced Head Chef who values mentorship, structure, and teamwork. The position is ideal for a chef who thrives in a high-volume bistro and wants long-term stability within a strong hospitality group. Position Description Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and service execution Lead sections confidently during peak services Assist with menu development, specials, and seasonal planning Maintain food safety standards, compliance, and kitchen cleanliness Oversee prep schedules, stock control, and ordering when required Train, guide, and support junior staff to build skills and consistency Position Requirements Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up Strong understanding of high-volume bistro operations Proven ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance Relevant certification in commercial cookery Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends To Apply To apply online, please click on the apply button.
