The Role The PEGA Business Analyst collaborates with product owners, business users and technical teams to gather, document and analyse business requirements, translate them into detailed user stories and use cases, and support PEGA workflow configuration so that solutions align with business objectives. The analyst also contributes to testing and validation activities to ensure delivered features meet functional needs and provide a consistent customer experience. The analyst acts as a liaison between stakeholders and developers, clarifying requirements, supporting version and upgrade cycles, and contributing to continuous process improvements that enhance business workflows and service delivery. What you will bring to the role Demonstrated experience gathering and analysing business requirements for software systems (ideally PEGA) and translating them into clear user stories and use cases. Ability to support PEGA workflow configuration in line with business needs, and to liaise effectively between business and technical teams. Experience supporting application testing and validation to ensure solutions meet functional and stakeholder expectations. Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex information in plain language for diverse audiences. Essential requirements Relevant degree or qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience working with PEGA systems, defining business requirements and supporting testing activities. Applications close 24 November at 11:55 PM.
