Payroll Manager (APAC) We’re looking for an experienced APAC Payroll Manager to influence, build, and shape payroll operations across APAC with a growing company. This role offers incredible exposure, autonomy, and the chance to be part of a rapidly growing global business. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end payroll operations across Asia Pacific Manage, mentor and lead a team of 2 Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory obligations, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions Build strong relationships with outsourced payroll providers and key internal stakeholders Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes Conduct payroll audits and manage payroll tax obligations Oversee key year‑end processes, reconciliations, and compliance reporting (WGEA, workers’ compensation, payroll tax) Support major payroll system and HRIS transformation projects Qualifications APAC Payroll Manager experience Proven leadership skills while remaining hands‑on and detail‑focused Deep knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation and compliance Strong stakeholder management and communication style Flexible, hardworking, solutions‑focused, and committed to delivering excellence Benefits Be part of a huge growth transformation Flexible work arrangements with WFH for up to 3 days per week Collaborative and positive working culture, surrounded by a large tenured and experienced team Autonomy in the role Great remuneration package Free lunch every Monday Additional Leave including RDOs and bonus annual leave Annual performance bonuses Salary: A$150,000.00/yr + Super + Bonus + Benefits (Sydney CBD, 3 Days WFH) Contact: Gina Morley at AccountAbility – for further information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
