Scheduling Customer Service Administrator We are seeking a Scheduling Customer Service Administratorto join our Home Services team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth delivery of home care services by managing rosters, responding to client needs, and supporting our dedicated workforce of Support Workers. As a key point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle scheduling changes, and assist with administrative tasks that enable high-quality care through Support at Home and CHSP programs. Responsibilities Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and client needs. Manage last-minute schedule changes, call-outs, and emergencies. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), visit duration, and timing requirements. Coordinate with care partners regarding new clients, care plans, and changes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families regarding scheduling. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly. Resolve complaints or elevate issues when necessary. Provide updates to clients about changes in visit times or caregivers. Communicate clearly with caregivers about assignments, expectations, and schedule updates. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years experience in aged care or healthcare administration is required. Experience with scheduling software is required. Valid work visa is required for this position. Certificate III/IV qualification is required for this role.
