Job Summary Transport for NSW – School Crossing Supervisor (Granville, NSW, AU) – Permanent Part-Time – Salary: $26.43 per hour. Responsibilities Act as a Road Safety Hero and be a beacon of safety for the community, especially children, parents, teachers, and local motorists. Supervise school crossings during Granville East Public School zone hours (8:00–9:30 AM and 2:30–4:00 PM, Monday to Friday), including 30 hours of supervision per fortnight. Provide an hourly rate with superannuation, and supervision during school holidays (Terms 1 to 3). Display excellent communication and situational awareness to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Engage positively with families and maintain a dependable presence, regardless of weather conditions. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age at the time of appointment. Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to community safety. Strong communication skills and alertness to potential dangers. Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment (or willingness to obtain them). Uniform, equipment and training will be provided.
