ANZ Accounts Receivable Leader – Solventum Solventum North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia We seek a dynamic leader to own and evolve our end‑to‑end customer issue resolution function across Australia and New Zealand. The role will deliver seamless billing, dispute resolution, and credit processes that empower our mission to improve patient outcomes across healthcare, dental, and OEM sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead the CIR process across ANZ—from billing to collections to dispute resolution—with full accountability for performance, strategy, and transformation. Influence customer experience for 2,000+ clients while managing a cross‑border team of local and offshore analysts. Build senior relationships with key stakeholders (AP managers, procurement heads, business owners) across the health and dental industry. Deploy global process frameworks, upskill teams, and lead change initiatives that shape the future of customer operations. Drive measurable results in Days Sales Outstanding, dispute resolution cycle times, and overdue payments. Report to the Asia Revenue Operations Manager (also based in Sydney). Process Excellence—improving operations using metrics, lean methods, or Six Sigma. Strategic Communication—confidently influencing senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Technical Agility—experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and tools like Salesforce. Qualifications 7+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain. Track record of leading and developing high‑performance teams. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Six Sigma, Agile or Project Management certifications are a plus.
