National Business Manager – Griffin's Snacks Australia Published: 04/12/2025Job Location: AustraliaJob Type: PermanentWork Type: Full TimeCategory: Sales We’re searching for a passionate, results‑driven sales leader with a successful track record in FMCG business development. The National Business Manager will report to New Zealand, work remotely, and can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. The role includes regular domestic travel and focuses on growing the Griffin’s Snacks brand portfolio across all Australian retail, wholesale and distribution channels. Responsibilities Develop strategic plans to achieve key business metrics. Build annual plans that deliver strong positive outcomes for our brands, meeting budgeted financial and market‑share commitments. Maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships across retailers, wholesalers and distributors. Partner with customers to generate reliable sales forecasts to support production planning. Work closely with key internal stakeholders across NZ and AU, including category and marketing teams. Manage our sales and trade investment to deliver our targets. Prepare and present price and promotion strategy, category and NPD reviews to customers. Maintain and implement agreed NPD plans, ensuring ranging targets are achieved across targeted channels. Implement the agreed sales and marketing plan, including key dates, activity and KPIs. Qualifications Currently or previously a National Business Manager with solid FMCG experience. Proven experience partnering with FMCG retailers, wholesalers and distributors – ideally managing all channels concurrently. Excellent communication and business‑partnering skills. Strong negotiation and selling skills with a track record of delivering results. Passion for business development and driving growth. Accountability and self‑motivation – ownership of decisions and outcomes. Strong organisational and planning skills for fast‑paced environments. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Promax, BW & SAP is a plus. Detail‑oriented with solid analytical capabilities.
