We’re looking for a Client Service Manager (CSM) to join our team and be a reliable touch point for our clients. This role is all about delivering outstanding client experiences, ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive, and solutions-focused. Responsibilities Communicating with clients following their broker meeting, collecting information and documents, and being a point of contact for clients throughout their journey Managing communication between clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure a smooth experience from submitting loan applications through to formal approval Providing updates on loan applications and ensuring clients are informed at every stage and kept in the loop at all times Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and elevate the client experience Supporting the broader team with administrative tasks and client-related projects Qualifications Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to explain and convey complex information clearly A proactive and solutions-focused mindset – someone who enjoys problem-solving and making processes more efficient for the benefit of the team Excellent organisational skills – the ability to multitask and manage high volumes of client interactions at once amongst multiple brokers Strong attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in all client interactions and documentation A genuine passion for helping people and delivering a positive and consistent client experience Seniority: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Business Development and Sales Benefits A positive and team-oriented work culture where your contributions are valued Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance Opportunities for training and professional development within the business The chance to work for a growing business that is making a real impact in the finance space Apply If this sounds like the perfect role for you, we’d love to hear from you.
