Roles/Responsibilities Lead and mentor nursing staff across all emergency department shifts Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation Drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice Support staff development through coaching and professional growth opportunities Essential Criteria Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Substantial experience in emergency or acute care nursing Proven leadership experience in clinical settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure About Skilled Nursing Skilled Nursing is a nursing division within Skilled Medical Pty Ltd, a leader in international health and Medical Recruitment placement for short-term and permanent roles.
