Warranty, Technical & Product Support Officer (Mechanical) EPG Engines is excited to offer an opportunity for a driven and passionate Warranty, Technical & Product Support Officer (Mechanical) to join our successful team in Minchinbury, Sydney. In this role you will manage the warranty claim process, deliver technical and product application support and provide internal and external sales services to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for recommending technically competent solutions to customers, achieving agreed annual sales and gross profit targets, and building long-term business partnerships by developing a strong understanding of customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision‑making processes. Sales and negotiation skills. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. A ‘can do’ attitude with an uncompromising perseverance and dedication to achieving results.
