JRM Resources is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Safety Advisor to join our team at the Newmont Boddington site. This full-time position is a key role within our operations, responsible for fostering a safe, compliant, and people-focused work environment. What you’ll be doing Leading and conducting site inspections, audits, and proactive risk assessments Developing, reviewing, and executing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) to ensure safe movement of vehicles, mobile plant, and personnel Conducting traffic flow assessments and ensuring controls are effective and compliant Delivering on‑ground safety coaching, mentoring, and toolbox talks Facilitating investigations and ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation to meet internal and client requirements Ensuring compliance with all relevant WHS legislation, standards, and site obligations Working closely with project managers, supervisors, and crews to build and sustain a strong safety culture Championing continuous improvement and promoting safe work behaviour across all workgroups What we’re looking for A qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Safety Advisor or Safety Officer role within mining, civil, or mobile plant environments Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, traffic management requirements, and incident investigation Experience in civil works and/or mobile plant operations is highly regarded Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, engage, and build trust Strong reporting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities A proactive mindset and genuine passion for safety leadership and workforce wellbeing Ability to work collaboratively within a small, supportive HSE team What we offer 8/6 Roster Camp accommodation On site vehicle Apply now to join our team as a Safety Advisor and be a part of our mission to keep our working community safe.
