Club Manager – Anytime Fitness Secret Harbour Lead the success of a soon to be newly renovated, premium fitness club. We’re seeking an experienced and driven Club Manager to take ownership of Anytime Fitness Secret Harbour, guiding a passionate team, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional member experience. This is a full-time leadership role with salary plus performance‑based bonuses, career progression opportunities, and the chance to manage a modern, premium club within Australia’s largest fitness network. This is not an entry‑level position – applicants must have previous experience in fitness club or similar management, with proven success in sales, customer service, and daily operations. With a full renovation underway, you’ll be stepping into a brand‑new, premium facility designed to deliver the ultimate member experience. About the Role We’re looking for a driven and energetic leader who thrives on motivating teams, driving results, and delivering excellence. You’ll oversee all club operations, lead your team to achieve sales and retention targets, and ensure every member enjoys an exceptional experience.
