About the company A trusted landscaping and gardening company based in Seventeen Mile Rocks, servicing residential, commercial, and industrial properties across Brisbane. About the role A Structural Landscape Estimator / Salesperson, you'll be the first point of contact in assessing potential projects and developing tailored proposals for clients. This is a client-facing, hands‑on role requiring strong structural landscaping knowledge, estimating / sales experience, and great communication skills. Key Responsibilities for the role Site Visits : Attend properties to assess landscape needs Project Evaluation : Review site conditions and client requirements to determine scope Cost Estimation : Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for proposed works On‑Site Liaison : Meet with site teams at project commencement to ensure clear understanding Client Consultation : Offer expert advice on design and materials selection Proposal Development : Produce clear, professional proposals including scope, pricing, and timelines Vendor Coordination : Liaise with suppliers and contractors for quotes and timelines Client Communication : Maintain ongoing, professional contact with clients throughout the process Skills experience Skills & Experience Proven experience as an estimator / salesperson in landscaping, or a related field Solid understanding of landscape construction Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confident using estimating tools and software Qualifications in landscaping, or design are highly regarded Benefits A friendly and supportive team environment, Opportunities for ongoing training and career development, Involvement in a wide range of exciting outdoor projects About us Frontline Recruitment Group was established in and is made up of Industry specific verticals with specialist consultants working to help match great candidates with great career opportunities.
