Administration and Customer Support Officer Sydney, NSW A$69,903.30-$80,388.79 p/a On-site Posted 1 day ago We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration and Customer Support Officer to join our Development Assessment Team . In this pivotal role, you will provide high quality administrative support to ensure smooth operation of development assessment activities across the organisation. Manager and maintain accurate records and databases related to development applications Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to public and stakeholder enquiries in a timely manner Support logistical and coordination tasks for meetings, reports, and documentation Assist in preparation and distribution of correspondence, permits, and development -related materials. Ensure compliance with Council procedures, policies, and relevant legislation About You Proven experience in providing administrative and customer support. Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office and maintaining databases. Effective written and oral communication skills and sound attention to detail. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise and complete workloads to timeframes. A C class drivers’ licence and previous local government experience is highly regarded How to apply?
