Scent Method is the new home of DIY Fragrance, we have a manufacturing and warehouse facility located at Prestons in Western Sydney. We are on a very large growth trajectory in the Australian market, both in distribution and product development. As a result, we are looking for a Customer and Administration Support team member to join our showroom & offices in Prestons. The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive, vibrant, passionate and organized Customer and Administration Support team member who will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the business. This role will assist our customers to select their fragrance and generate orders as well as providing essential administrative support across multiple areas, including inventory preparation, office coordination, and general operational tasks. In addition, this role will be a key point of contact for customer support, assisting both our showroom visitors and our e-commerce customers. You will help deliver a positive customer experience by responding to enquiries, providing product information, and ensuring orders and requests are handled promptly and accurately. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, communicates well, and takes pride in being a dependable, go-to person within the team. This role is for an immediate start and will primarily be Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. A rotational Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm will also be required. Your day to day responsibilities will include: Providing customers with a warm and welcoming experience in the showroom Talking customers through our extensive product range Monitoring all orders from our E-Commerce platform. Assisting with answering all customer enquiries on E‑mail, Phone and live chat. Manage the software for our freight and order systems Create and maintain new items in our warehouse and accounting system Enter and balance our E-Commerce production against work orders. Support our daily operations and keep things running smoothly About You If you have a keen eye for detail, well-developed communication skills, intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, and exceptional customer service skills this could be for you. Computer literacy is a must We value experience within a customer service or retail environment. We will provide extensive training and support to all new team members relating to product knowledge, systems and procedures. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service and an office environment is required.
