As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent attraction to onboarding.Posting and managing recruitment advertisements across job boards.Implementing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.Developing and maintaining talent pipelines for critical roles.Employing proactive sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates.Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs and provide market insights.Coaching and training internal stakeholders on interview best practices.Proactively seeking market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.Contributing to the employer branding efforts to attract top talent.What we need from you:

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, fast fashion, or large/global organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent in a competitive market and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.Expertise in employer branding and talent market insights.In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter.Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or RPO).Tertiary qualification in People and Culture or similar (preferred).
