Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in a remote location with a great team environment About the Role As a Site Chef youll play a key role in providing high-quality nutritious meals to workers on a defence base. This is a contract position with a rotating roster and split shifts ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced structured environment and enjoys the challenge of delivering consistent service under pressure. Youll be responsible for : Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast crib lunch and dinner services Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and food safety compliance Assisting with menu preparation stock control and kitchen operations Ensuring dietary requirements and food portions are managed correctly Working as part of a kitchen team to meet service deadlines Supporting cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and equipment What Were Looking For : Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery ( Cert IV) Previous experience in bulk catering or remote / industrial sites preferred A strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset Good time management and adaptability under pressure Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide police clearance Whats on offer for you : As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
